All shipping timescales are exclusive of production timescales. Personalised items have a production time of 1-4 working days.

Note:

Royal Mail services are not guaranteed. For best results, allow ample time for delivery, especially during peak seasons. Royal Mail delivers on Saturdays, but not Sundays or bank holidays. Our couriers operate Monday to Friday.

Where we deliver:

We currently deliver only within the UK postal areas, which includes:

• Mainland Great Britain (England, Scotland and Wales)
• Northern Ireland
• The Channel Islands (Jersey and Guernsey)
• The Isle of Man
• BFPO Addresses

We try to make the delivery process as simple as possible and our able to send your order either you home or to your place of work.

Delivery times are calculated in working days Monday to Friday. If you order after 12 pm the next working day will be considered the first working day for delivery. In case of bank holidays and over the Christmas period, please allow an extra two working days.

Each item will be attempted to be delivered twice. Failed deliveries after this can be delivered at an extra cost to you or you can collect the package from your local post office collection point.
