HOW TO ORDER

Purchase goods securely online at www.myhappymoments.co.uk. We use Stripe for payment processing — a certified PCI Service Provider Level 1 (the highest level of certification available). Stripe uses best-in-class security tools and practices to ensure your information is always protected.


PAYMENT

We accept most major debit and credit cards, as well as Google Pay and Apple Pay. Please note that we will not despatch goods until payment has been received in full.

Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email detailing your purchase and delivery address. When your order is dispatched, a purchase contract will be formed unless we have notified you otherwise.

We may refuse to accept an order if:
– Goods are unavailable;
– Payment cannot be processed;
– There is an error in pricing or product description;
– The delivery address is outside the United Kingdom.


YOUR CARD SECURITY

Your card details are encrypted and processed securely by Stripe Payments. They are never accessible to anyone at Born Gifted. Please add sales@myhappymoments.co.uk to your safe senders list to ensure you receive all order confirmations and updates.

All prices shown are inclusive of VAT at the current UK rate (where applicable).

RETURNS & REFUNDS

We want you to be happy with your purchase. Our returns policy differs for personalised and non-personalised items. For all returns, please email sales@myhappymoments.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. We’ll then provide a returns number and full instructions by email.

Personalised Items:
As these products are made to order, we can only offer a return, refund, or exchange if the item arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described.
– Please contact us within 30 days of receipt at sales@myhappymoments.co.uk.
– We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund and provide instructions for returning the item.
– Please double-check all personalisation details (names, dates, etc.) before confirming your order, as we cannot be held responsible for customer errors once production has begun.

Non-Personalised Items:
If you change your mind, you may return your item within 14 days of receipt for a full refund.
– Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
– Return postage costs are your responsibility.
– We recommend using a tracked service and keeping proof of postage.

Refunds are processed within 3 working days of receiving your returned goods.

Items Returned by Royal Mail:
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or being ‘not called for’, we will contact you to arrange redelivery (standard postage rates apply). Unclaimed items will be held for a maximum of 4 weeks before being disposed of.


ORDER CANCELLATION

You have the right to cancel your order for non-personalised items within 14 days of receiving your goods. This right does not apply to personalised items once production has started.

To cancel an order, please email sales@myhappymoments.co.uk quoting your order number. If goods have already been dispatched, they must be returned in accordance with our Returns Policy.

We reserve the right to cancel any order at any time and issue a full refund. This does not affect your statutory rights.


PRODUCT INFORMATION

We take care to ensure all product descriptions and images are accurate. However, slight variations in colour or design may occur due to manufacturing processes or photographic limitations. From time to time, we may make minor improvements or updates to product designs or personalisation methods.
